NO SUCH THING AS A FREE LISTING... ANYMORE
After 18 months of giving freelancers free listings on Freelancentral, as of 1 September 2007 these will no longer appear on the site.
Clients tell us repeatedly that they are only interested in seeing freelancer listings which include rate cards and images. So from now on, creatives who are serious about freelancing need to upgrade to either a Full or Lite portfolio in order to be found by clients on Freelancentral. Lite portfolios cost just R75/month.
Full and Lite members not only get a portfolio on Freelancentral and benefit from the extensive marketing we do on your behalf, but also benefit from the following:
- Our free Portfolio Critique service (see article on the right)
- See and respond to all Project ads.
Free listing members will no longer be visible on the site, but will remain in our database, will continue to receive newsletters and the Freelancentral team may still contact you for Placements.
